Jack greeted me and walked me through all of his recommendations as far as repairs would go. He informed me that repainting the entire door was the best option as opposed to trying to touch up just that one area and thoroughly explained why. Best part was the turn around was only 2 days! If you know Tesla time for repairs, that is nothing short of magic. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and I was extremely happy with the quality of the work when I picked the car up. They washed the entire car and vacuumed the interior as an added bonus. Definitely won't be taking my car anywhere else when I need bodywork in the future.
