Estimates and repair authorization
Information or photographs submitted online may help us review a request, but they do not by themselves create a final estimate, confirm an appointment, or authorize repair work. Estimates, repair authorizations, additional work, and charges are governed by applicable California automotive repair requirements. We obtain the required customer authorization before performing work or incurring additional charges.
AI-assisted messaging
Our Google Business Profile may offer AI-assisted messaging to answer general questions and route more complex requests to staff. Automated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not binding repair estimates, confirmed appointments, repair authorizations, or warranty commitments. Communications
When you submit an inquiry, we may use your provided contact details to respond about that inquiry.
