Tesla Approved, Tesla Preferred, and Cybertruck certified.
What the certification means
Pasadena Collision Center is a Tesla Approved Collision Center and holds Tesla Preferred status. These are two separate Tesla distinctions, and both apply to our Pasadena facility.
Tesla vehicles are high-end specialty vehicles that require extensive understanding for any Tesla collision repair to be done right. We repair your vehicle to its factory specifications.
We only use genuine and original parts on all repairs.
Tesla Approved Collision Center
Independently owned and operated, Tesla Approved Collision Centers are provided with Tesla training and tooling.
Tesla Preferred Collision Center
Tesla Preferred Collision Centers are locations offering the highest customer satisfaction for all Tesla vehicle collision work and repairs.
Tesla Cybertruck
Cybertruck is certified separately from Approved and Preferred status, and we hold it. Its stainless steel exoskeleton is far harder than ordinary body panels and is left unpainted, so it requires Tesla’s own Cybertruck repair procedures rather than conventional panel work.

Both Tesla distinctions apply to our Pasadena location.
Genuine parts
Only genuine, original parts are used on Tesla repairs.
Factory specifications
Vehicles are returned to the specifications Tesla publishes.
Free estimates
Estimates are free. Limited Lifetime Warranty on metalwork and framework while the original customer owns the vehicle. Paint is covered for 5 years, and collision-related mechanical repairs and newly installed parts are covered for 1 year, subject to the written warranty terms.

Structural repair measured against the manufacturer’s specifications for that model.
Metal and aluminum repair
Steel and aluminum panel work, each handled to its own required procedures.
Auto body paint services
Color-matched refinishing, blended into adjacent panels.
Bumper and fender repair
Bumper covers, fenders, and the brackets and sensors carried behind them.
While your Tesla + Cybertruck is with us
Collision repair is what we are certified for. When a vehicle is already in the shop, we can also take care of routine items so you are not booking a second appointment elsewhere.
Cabin filter replacement
Replaced while the vehicle is in for repair.
Tire rotation
Carried out on request during the repair.
Wheel alignment
Checked and adjusted where the repair calls for it.
